Rainy day ♥️, oh how we love you…a day at home in our pyjamas, a delicious beurre jambon, “chippies”, chocolate and with Ted Lasso for company. Perfect. We love this apartment with its cinema and big couch.
Our apartment is owned by Simon and his sister Sabaya, lives next door. Sabaya invited us in and we immediately fell in love with her rabbit Gucci! Her apartment was a jumble of creativity and she was too! So talented - she designs and creates installations, acts and she played the piano for us, composing and singing a song on the spot!

That short time spent with Sabaya was like being in a whirlwind. Sadly we left Paris without saying a proper goodbye to this complex, talented, generous woman.
We returned to our apartment, and wound down with Apple+ - Ted Lasso and Slow Horses.

The photo we sourced from the Internet to use for my very quick painting of Simon for Simon. We were inspired to do this after his quick mid-stay hot water upgrade visit and a great chat with him over coffee. He is warm and creative and genuinely interested. We both really like him. | The little white flower above the handle there, would fly off, causing us to hunt it down and poke it back in time and time again. One time we found it in the vacuum cleaner bag 😅. |
