Before leaving Flåm I made a quick visit to Stegastein lookout driven by Thorlef (Ben). The viewing platform views were eye popping. Again the fresh crisp air was wonderful and the sunny day gave us perfect conditions.

Next adventure today: a spectacular electric powered boat ride for 2 hours on the fjord to Gudvangen. Yes on that fjord in the photos above! Then a bus will take me to Voss “through a beautiful cultural landscape and the majestic Nærøyden.” That’ll be just shy of an hour and then I’ll be on a train for nearly 1.5 hours to Bergen.
But the question remains… will the fact that I have been awake since 1:30 this morning mean that my photos will be blurry like me?
.

Ooh, those photos are spectacular. I can only dream it will look so lovely when we get there. Did you go to an old Viking village?
ReplyDeleteWhat? where? Dang!
